Jesus came to glorify Father God. We pray to the Father but we fellowship with the Holy Spirit via Christ life in us. Example, if you wanted to drink water from a water tank outside your house which has piping to the tap in your house, then Father is like the water tank, Jesus is the piping to the tap in your house and Holy Spirit is the water in the pipe.

We don’t pray to Jesus or to the Holy Spirit or to Mary but to Father God. BUT we fellowship with the Holy Spirit via the life of Christ in us. Jesus is the pattern Son. He modelled to us how we should live on earth and relate to Father God. Jesus NEVER once asked us to pray to Him in the scriptures nor did the Holy Spirit.

There is no competition in and amongst the Godhead. In fact, there is perfect harmony and union in the Godhead as each member of the Godhead knows His unique roles and functions. Everything we believe or base our doctrines on, must be lined with the scriptures, meaning our doctrines or tenets of truth we uphold must be purely Word-based. If not, we are to discard it and line up with the revealed truth.
